Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting

To check the message properties (e.g. Internet Headers) in Outlook 2007 you have to open the message and click the little button in the Options field on the ribbon menu (Fig.1.). That will bring the message properties window (Fig.2.).

As many other options and menus in Outlook 2010 also the message properties button has changed its location since Outlook 2007. Now it is located in the Tags area of the message ribbon menu (Fig.3.).

Also in Outlook Web Access the user can check the internet headers of the message, it's importance, sensitivity and other properties. Simply open the message in OWA and click the Message Details button (Fig.5.).
