In Outlook 2007 you can easily connect multiple contacts together. After you apply this option and open a contact, you will also see other contacts associated with the current one.
In order to use this option, in MS Outlook go to Tools, Options. On the Preference tab click Contact options and then activate Show Contact Linking on all Forms option.
From now on, you can create a network of your preferred contacts linked together. Every time you open a contact you can click the Contacts button. A new window will let you search and link contacts with the one you are currently editing. After you finish adding the contacts, they will be displayed in a small filed on the bottom right corner (Fig.1.).

After you make changes to the contact, do not forget to save them by clicking the Save & Close button.
