The calendar in Microsoft Outlook is a very useful tool. It gives the user a long list of options and features. However, it is limited to the computer that it is installed on so many people also use additional calendars on the web. Almost every e-mail provider offers an Internet calendar to manage user’s time. Internet calendars have the benefit of being available without any installation on any computer equipped with a web browser and an Internet connection.
In MS Outlook users can access online calendars so they are all the time updated with other users’ or organizations‘ schedules. You can open an internet calendar in Outlook when you switch to Calendar, click the Open Calendar button and select the option From Internet (Fig.1.).
Log in into your Internet calendar in a web browser. In the example below, we will use the calendar available in the google account. You need to go into the calendar options. Click on a small arrow that is next to your calendar name and select Calendar settings (Fig.2.).
On the Calendars Details tab, click the ICAL button in the private section settings (Fig.3.).
The new window will display a long url in an .ical format. Copy that link and past it into the Outlook window. After you provide a name of your Internet calendar and settings (if needed), your calendar will be displayed next to you current calendar or as a merged version of both (Fig.4.).
Bear in mind that you can only view the Internet calendar details. You can’t make any changes to it, delete it or create new appointments because this is a read-only calendar.

How can I merge the two calendars so I can syncronize them with my mobile?
