Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting

Facebook used to have its own RSS feed subscription for everything that appeared in the News Feed. It was decommissioned since Facebook probably wanted their users to stay online all the time. There is, however, a workaround that lets you subscribe to Facebook notifications without being logged on to it and still somehow follow what is going on out there.

Here's what has to be done:

Step 1.

Login to your Facebook account and click Notifications and select See All Notifications (Fig.1.)

Step 2.

Then select Subscribe to Notifications and click Via RSS (Fig.2.)

From now on, you will be able to follow your Facebook notifications e.g. in Outlook.
